Each time you complete the game with all of your goals and all gold medals, you get a new bonus.

Turn Character Around at Main Menu
At the main menu, to turn the character around press the L or R buttons. This also works at the skate shop menu.
Unlock Additional Trick Slots
Win gold medals in the 2 competition levels to unlock extra trick slots for super moves.
Unlock Sponsor Mode
Beat the game with one skater, obtaining every objective and getting golds in the competition levels. This will unlock a more difficult career mode, with different item locations.
Unlock Turbo Mode
After getting all of the gaps on all of the levels (except The Zone), you unlock Turbo Mode. When turned on, it doubles the speed of the game.
View Movies
With any character, in career mode, complete all pro tour and sponsor tour goals and win all 4 gold medals to unlock the character's secret video.
