This is a hard trick to do. Pick 2 characters who can do the 3D and any enemy. Have the three go to where JR and Jerry speaks (be ready). Then have the thrid player across from the two. Next have the thrid player run to you.As soon as he runs,both players who can do the 3D must press A. You should do the 3D.

Beat the wwf heavyweight championship mode three times in this order:
1.The Rock
2.Stone Cold Steve Austin
3.The Undertaker
Then you will get all of the secret characters

This Cheat is good if you are in Career mode and need to lose. When the computer gets you in a submition hold, hold the Anolong stick (taunt) in any direction. Keep it there until you lose. This works with pins as well.

The following wrestlers can be unlocked by either buying them at the Smackdown Mall or by completing the following tasks:

Jerry Lawler: Defeat the 21st opponent in survival mode.
Shane McMahon: Defeat the 31st opponent in survival mode.
Mae Young: Defeat the 41st opponent in survival mode.
Cactus Jack: Defeat the 51st opponent in survival mode.
Ken Shamrock: Defeat the 61st opponent in survival mode.
Mick Foley: Defeat the 71st opponent in survival mode.
Vince McMahon: Defeat the 81st opponent in survival mode.
Shawn Micheals: Defeat the 91st opponent in survival mode.
Andre The Giant: Defeat the 101st opponent in survival mode.

Alternately, the following characters can be unlocked by playing through championship mode:

Choose Royal Rumble, then 'Select'.

Set the number of superstars to '4'. Then, set the following rules:

Start a ladder bout, get your opponent on the end placement of the announcers table, climb the ladder be terse and give your opponent and execute numerous flip attacks 01 until your opponent will eventually fall partially into the barricade. than climb the ladder again, and execute another flip attack 01 on him and you will than both be in the crowd to do your battling.

Pick perry saturn and play survial mode. Get 2 chair legs and put them on the a and b buttons and he will start to do kicks and after about 3 hours you will unlock everybody.

Play as the wwf champion through wwf career mode until you fatal 4 way match. Then lose it. Shawn will then go and win the itle and face you. Beat him and you get the title back and cantraact him.

Go outside of the ring, then Irish whip your opponent to the name of p-p-v or program.

This gives you your special all the time in career mode.

On ladies like Trish or Stephanie McMahon, change their outfits to a skirt and a male unbuttoned shirt.

Get a special, then press A + B when your opponent is on the ground.

At the character selection screen, highlight Terri and press C-Left or C-Right.

At the character selection screen, highlight Tanka Michinoku and press C-Left or C-Right.

At the character selection screen, highlight Godfather and press C-Left or C-Right.

At the character selection screen, highlight Ivory and press C-Left or C-Right.
