Complete the game, then press Start at the ending screen. The next game will begin with 28 P-Wings per brother.
Change forms
Press Select while playing a normal game to change into different Marios or Luigis (Mushroom, Fire Flower, Super Leaf, Frog, Tannokie, and Hammer Brother).
Get All Three Whistles
1) Whistle 1 is located in World 1-3. Find the last white platform on the level and squat down on it. You should fall right through the block after a few seconds. Run to the end of the level until you can''t go any farther and press "up". You should be in a mushroom house with just one chest. The whistle is in the box. 2) Whistle 2 is in the World 1 minidungeon. At one point in the level, you should find a long hallway with a "?" block at one end and a door at the other. There should be a SkeleKoopa walking around there. Use the leaf in the box to turn into Raccoon Mario. It also works with the Tanooki suit, but I doubt you will have one by this point. Go to the door end and get a good running start, and fly up and back to the right. You should be on top of the hallway but too far above to be visible. Keep going to the right and you''ll find the whistle in a box. It wiull also beat the level. 3) In world two, use the hammer you get from one of the hammer bros. on the map to break the boulder on the upper-right corner of the map. This will open up a new section with another hammer bros. Beat him to get whistle 3.
Getting the boot
Hold Y and press Select.
Random world
Wait until Mario and Luigi begin running around during the opening sequence. Press random buttons on the controller. The game will begin at a random world after the number of players are selected.
Whistle Room
Go to world 1-3. Towards the end of the level, there should be a white rectangle floating in midair. Jump on it, then squat down. In a few seconds, you should fall through. Go to the end of the level. In a few seconds, you should see either Mario or Luigi { whichever Mario Brother you are } on a platform on the left side, and a Mushroom Person on the right. In the middle of the screen, there should be a box. Run to the box, and press B. A whistle should pop out. To use the whistle, you should be on the level select screen. Press B, and there at the bottom of the screen in a pink strip should be a whistle. Scroll over to it and press A. It will take you to a Warp Zone. Choose a world and press A. You can use your whistle in that game only.
