To skip any mission simply push Ctrl-C while in the battlescape, this will finish the mission, using the statistics of your last mission's outcome. BEWARE: Using this when negative results have been gained from your last mission will give you these same negative results, including loss of aquanaut lives, loss of weapons, etc.
