Beat the game once. Start a new game and wait for the starting sequence to end. Once you regain control, you will see a small control pad on the wall. Walk up to it and 'use' it, then press Triangle. You should then be able to enter one of the cheat codes below.

Enter '10397' at the control pad.

Enter '11692' at the small control pad.

Enter '61166' at the control pad.
