Pick an exhibiton game first, then take control of the visiting team. Press X to select whether you want the shot meter on or off. Immediatly after pressing X, let go and press and hold down R1, R2, L1, L2, and X simultaneously. Hold these buttons until the game starts. Now you will be playing street ball in a small neighborhood.
