Go to the Options menu and select codes. Then type "howhardcanitbe" followed immediately by a number 0-9. 0 is the easiest and 9 is the hardest.

To get a Parisian police car, beat all the circuit races in Paris. Beat all the Tokyo races for a Tokyo police car, and all the LA races for an LAPD cruiser.

Win the arcade races in LA, Paris, and Tokyo.

Beat 5 motorcycles in a long race.

Go to the Options menu and select Codes. Then type "lovenotwar".

Go to the Options menu and select Codes. Then type "zoomzoom4".
