Hold L, then press X and Y when "Press Start" appears at the opening screen. A sound will confirm that you entered the code correctly.

Start a new game from the title screen and then enter TASCAS as your name. A new place called "Special" will appear in the Game Config menu under the Options menu.

From the Options menu, you can choose Player Assist, HUD, and Cockpit options. You'll may toggle any of them on or off at any time.

At the Game Select screen, hold L, then press Y and X at the same time.

At the title screen, press L and R at the same time. A voice will say "OK, good" if you do it correctly. Now start a new game and you'll have access to all of the stages and all of the aircraft. You'll also have a perfect score of 100 on each Blue Impulse Mission.
