The left side Troll keeps throwing the explosives at you, but they will keep landing at the other Troll that is close to you. Eventually he will die, and it is easy to kill the remaining Troll. Push the explosive back at the Troll when it starts making a continuous beep. The same technique can be used against the three Trolls (Troll Fan), but you have to climb the stairs on the left side. When Prince Charming gives out the potions on the chickens, if you stand on the conveyor belt he will throw potions at the chickens faster. This will giving you more enemies at a time.
