Select course 3 (starting on the Bay Bridge)
turn around and go backwards for a ways (with the wall on your left and the
ocean on your right, and traffic coming at you so be careful!).
After you've gone far enough, you will suddenly be in a very nicely-detailed
area whose streets are named after the developers.

Here are the steps for the crazy speed cheat:

1) Start any game.
2) Choose automatic transmission, and accelerate to a high gear.
3) Then, manually change gears to first (key ''1''). The engine will scream like mad.
4) Quickly tap the brakes (spacebar) for about one-mississippi...
5) ...then switch back up to a high gear (the higher the faster, but if you go too fast, you can launch yerself into the air for about 2o minutes).
6) You should now be going crazy fast. Feel free to turn on the cruise control when you''re going really fast. If you crash, the car will try to go back to the speed it was at when you turned on the cruise. Neat, huh?

NOTE: If it doesn''t work, you may need to do it faster, or maybe slower. Work out the timing yerownself.
