At the menu where you can select cars, type:
KEVWOZEAR - If this is performed well you have instant access to tracks and cars.

In the middle of a race, stop using the handbreak.Type ENFORCEMAWHEELS your car is now the Police Enforcer.

On the race/car selection screen, type:
KEVWOZEAR - This will unlock all races/cars/car upgrades
IWANTTOFIDDLE - Encrypts/Decrypts all text files

JOYRIDER - I have not tested this one but it should unlock all the cars for
network game. Choose All Cars in the options screen

When in a race, type IBETYOUCANTPRINTCUNT during the race.
F4 - Swap between ingame modes, mostly for car and track editing. Here, it will have all kinds of stuff like cheats, peds, etc.
Use any of the below key combinations after typing IBETYOUCANTPRINTCUNT
