Create a backup of the file 'action.cfg'. Open the original with any text editor and add the line 'bind tilde console' at the bottom of the text file.

Save and close the file and start the game. During gameplay press tilde [~] to access the console.

Make a backup of the file 'freedom.cfg' and then open the original with a text editor. Add the following line:

showmissions true

Once you start the game, you'll be able to choose any mission from the 'Load Game' screen.

After enabling cheats, open the console with [~] and type 'gimme ITEM' where ITEM is one of the following:

allergen grenades

catteni blaster
catteni blaster ammo

catteni pistol
catteni pistol ammo

rifle
rifle ammo

toolkit

After enabling cheats, open the console with [~] and type 'toggledamage' to turn off all damage for all characters. Type 'toggledamage' again to return to normal mode.

After enabling cheats, open the console with [~] and type 'toggledetection' to become invisible to enemies. You are not invisible, but enemies will not attack you. Type 'toggledetection' again to return to normal play mode.

After enabling cheats, open the console with [~] and type 'toggleai' to turn the enemy AI off. Type 'toggleai' again to turn AI back on.

After enabling cheats, open the console with [~] and type 'toggledoors' to unlock all of the doors in a level.
