Make a shortcut to your MGSI.exe and put -cheatenabled after it. (ie mine is "C:Program FilesMetal Gear Solidmgsi.exe" -cheatenable)

Afterwards, press F2 in game to recieve a full health bar and god mode. Note that during the torture sequence, your health bar will still go down but you won''t see it. Treat this section of the game as if you weren''t a ''god''

In the menu where you chose the skill level... press and hold down the alt and ctrl keys and then you will have a mp5-sd in your weapon slot!

Note: You cannot grab the famas in the game if you have this weapon and of coarse it''s sd terrorist''s can''t hear it!
