To get all of the cars in the game, press Triangle, L2, Triangle, R2, Triangle, L2, Triangle, R2 at the main menu.

When you go to the car selection screen they should all be available.

Pause the game while playing and enter the following sequence: Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right.

If entered correctly, your timer should no longer count down.

To unlock all of the cities in the game, press Triangle, L1, Triangle, L1, Triangle, R1 at the main menu.

While at the main menu, press Triangle, L1, Triangle, R1, Triangle, L2, Triangle, R2 to unlock all of the bonus levels in the game.
