Master (20 points): Complete Chapter 4 on any difficulty.
Conjurer (5 points): Kill 100 Enemies while using the Dragon's Grasp.
Draconist (15 points): Kill 400 Enemies while using the Dragon's Grasp.
Gunner (5 points): Kill 100 Enemies while using the Minigun.
Heavy Operator (15 points): Kill 400 Enemies while using the Minigun.
Breaker (5 points): Kill 100 Enemies while using the Hailstorm.
Freezer (15 points): Kill 400 Enemies while using the Hailstorm.
Shocker (5 points): Kill 100 Enemies while using Shock Therapy.
Stormer (15 points): Kill 400 Enemies while using Shock Therapy.

Latent Abilities (25 points): Complete every level on any difficulty without dying in the Subconscious.
Opiophobia (25 points): Complete one level without receiving any Health pickups.
Wisdom (15 points): Find and enter in all of the Secret areas in any one level of the game.
Poor Sleeper (15 points): Complete Story mode on the Bad Dream difficulty.
Somnambulist (25 points): Complete Story mode on the Nightmare difficulty.
Lucid Guardian (45 points): Complete Story mode on the Insanity difficulty.
Rhabdophobia (25 points): Complete one level in Story mode while only using the Dragon's Grasp.
Hoplophobia (25 points): Complete one level in Story mode while only using the Minigun.
Pagophobia (25 points): Complete one level in Story mode while only using the Hailstorm.
Astraphobia (25 points): Complete one level in Story mode while only using Shock Therapy.

Mind Guard (25 points): Return your team's flag at least 5 times in one CTF match.
Mastermind (25 points): Conquer 50 brains in Conquest mode.
Psycho Logical (25 points): Complete a Single Player game in Time Trial mode.
Simple Jack (25 points): Complete a Single Player game in Single Weapon mode.
